Dr. Suen has been in the management field in both government and private sectors for over 25 years. He is currently CEO of PAMA Group, heading PAMA Institute of Professional Studies, AFA International, AMA International, PAME International, PAMA FINANCE Financial & Management Consulting Ltd, and PAMA Consulting Services.

Dr. Suen has been appointed by the Pebble Hills University as its Governing Council member and acts as the Regional Director (Asia) of the University's Asia Extension. Dr. Suen is currently serves as a Specialist by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications. He is also appointed as the sole representative in Asia by California University FCE.

Dr. Suen is the former Deputy Registrar of Trade Unions in Hong Kong Government and the Assistant Vice President of AIA, Hong Kong and China. He has trained and transformed thousands of people from agency forces into financial and agency management professionals from both financial and business sectors.
