About Individual Membership
  PAMA International is a well established professional body which also runs the following professional bodies and training institute, and:
  β—†  International Association of Financial Advisers (AFA International)
β—†  International Agency Managers Association (AMA International)
β—†  Professional Association of Management Executives International (PAME International)
β—†  PAMA Institute of Professional Studies (PAMA International)
  PAMA International and its professional bodies have partnered with well established oversea professional bodies and educational institutions. They are: Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) former partner, Institute of Financial Consultants, Canada & USA (IFC), China Business Managers Association, China (CBMA), Pebble Hills University, USA (PHU), City University of Macau (CUM), California University FCE and so forth.
 
 
Benefits and Privileges
 

The benefits and privileges of Individual Members, local and overseas, will cover the following:
  β—†  Individual members with professional designations conferred by our Associations will serve as benchmark
γ€€ on their academic and professional ability and status in the markets.
β—†  Professional information in the form of e-Articles on financial and business will be sent to Individual
γ€€ Members on monthly basis.
β—†  Valuable experience sharing opportunities locally or overseas will be provided to Individual Members,
γ€€ when necessary.
β—†  Special rates of fees on attending Continuing Development Program as a lifelong studying opportunities
γ€€ provided by our Associations.
β—†  Sponsorship program will be enjoyed by Individual Members who wish to pursue for a distance higher      education qualification status provided by our Association.
β—†  Special rates of charges on Individual promotion advertisement on PAMA website will be available to
γ€€ Individual Members.
 
Professional Ethics
 

Individual members of our Associations shall comply with the professional ethics as follows:
  β—†  We will at all times put our customers’ interest above our own.
β—†  We will maintain proficiency in our services through continuing education.
β—†  We will abide by the spirit and the laws and regulations applicable to our
γ€€ services.
β—†  We will give our customers the same service that we would give to
γ€€ ourselves in the same circumstances.
 
Categories of Individual Membership
  FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS
  Associate Registered Financial Adviser (ARFA)
  β—†  ARFA membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the ARFA program
γ€€ provided by our Association or to applicants with similar status.
 
  Registered Financial Adviser (RFA)
      
  β—†  RFA membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the RFA program provided
γ€€ by City Universityt of Macau with our Association, with at least two years financial working experience      with licenses.
β—†  RFA program is run by City University of Macau with our Association for the award of Executive Diploma      in Financial Planning (EDFP) and the professional designation of RFA. RFA is registered intellectual      property in Hong Kong and China. RFA and EDFP can be used on business cards.
 
  Registered Financial Manager (RFM)
  β—†  RFM membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the RFM workshop provided
γ€€ by our Association, with at least five years financial working experience with license.
β—†  RFM program is a workshop run by AFA International. RFM is registered intellectual property in Hong Kong      and China. RFM and EDFM can be used on business cards.
 
  AGENCY MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS
  Associate of International Agency Managers Association (AIAMA)
  β—†  AIAMA membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the AIAMA workshop
γ€€ provided by our Association, but without agency management experience or to applicants with similar
γ€€ status.
 
  Member of International Agency Managers Association (MIAMA)
  β—†  MIAMA membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the MIAMA workshop
γ€€ provided by our Association, with a least two years of agency management experience.
 
  Fellow of International Agency Managers Association (FIAMA)
  β—†  FIAMA membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the MIAMA workshop
γ€€ provided by our Association, with a least seven years of agency management experience at senior level
γ€€ or to applicants with similar status.
 
  BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS
  Associate Certified Professional Business Manager (ACPBM)
  β—†  ACPBM membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the Executive
γ€€ Management workshop developed by our Association, with a least two years of management experience      or to applicants with similar status.
 
  Certified Professional Business Manager (CPBM)
  β—†  CPBM membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who have attended the Executive
γ€€ Management workshop developed by our Association, with MBA of recognized universities.
 
  Certified Professional Business Leader (CPBL)
  β—†  CPBL membership is open to applicants, local and overseas who hold a MBA or PhD of a recognized      universitie and least ten years of management experience at senior level or to applicants with similar
γ€€ status.
 
  We have collaborated with professional bodies and universities since 2005 and have trained and certified candidates from: AIA, AXA, Manulife, Sun Life, Prudential, Citic-Prudential, MassMutual, Ping An Insurance, Ageas, GAMA, Zurich, Bank of China and so forth.
