The Executive Diploma in Agency Management (EDAM), based on the Master Builders Program - Executive Diploma in Agency Management (EDAM), was jointly organized by PAMA International and Hong Kong Management Association for hundred of Agency Leaders of Manulife (International) Limited in October, 2005. Manulife is the biggest insurance and financial institution in Canada.

After completion of this program, leaders were awarded with the Executive Diplomas from Hong Kong Management Association and PAMA Institute of Professional Studies and the Membership Certificates. They are Member of International Agency Managers Association (MIAMA) and enjoy the privileges of using this title in their practice.

This training has been fully supported by the management of Manulife and the Executive Diplomas and Membership Certificates were personally presented to the candidates by the Director of Agency of Manulife, Deputy Director of Hong Kong Management Association with Hon. President of PAMA International, Mr. Bill Moore and CEO of PAMA International, Mr. Robert Suen.
