Professional Agency Management Association International (PAMA International) and International Financial Advisers Association (AFA International) are dedicated to assist those who desire to be professional in their fields. The Executive Diploma in Financial Planning (EDFP) for Registered Financial Adviser (RFA) is specially designed for those engaged in the financial sector. This program will enable candidates to master the theory and practices in financial planning, compete with a professional status and win trust and confidence of their clients. PAMA International has established a strategic cooperation with Mr. Deson Wong, Agency Director of Zishing District of the Citic-Prutential in Guangzhou. In mid 2008, there will be 136 candidates from the district will acquire the RFA professional designations.

The first training class for Registered Financial Adviser (RFA) designation has been organized for the Zisheng District of the Citic-Prudential in Guangzhou in July 2007. After successful completion of the subjects on Business Insurance, Money and Investing, Fundamental Analysis of Equities, Financial Planning and Case Study and Financial Advisers Selling Skills, 39 candidates are now able to use the professional knowledge and skills in financial planning and also able to develop a professional financial plan for their clients.

After passing the examination, the candidates have acquired the Certified Financial Adviser International professional designation certificates from RFA International, Executive Diploma in Financial Planning (EDFP) from PAMA Institute and certificate of the South China University of Technology.

AFA International will provide Continuing Development Programs (CPD) for the designees. The designees are eligible to apply for the Registered Financial Adviser (RFA) of the China Business Manager Association and the Associate Membership of the Institute of Financial Managers in UK. They can also apply for the study of the MBA program of the University of Northern Virginia, USA. CFAI is one of the condition for enjoying partial exemption of the program.
